Luggage Information

• Standard Luggage Size: 44cm x 32cm x 22cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• Maximum of 1 standard luggage and 1 handbag per person
• Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the driver
• In case the passenger carries luggage that does not comply with regulations (bigger than the standard size, more bulky, etc.) or brings a second or more luggage, the bus company will charge an additional fee of 75,000 VND/luggage

Eligibility

• Children with a height of 100cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 6+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children with a height of under 99 cm and under 6 years old can travel free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
• A paying adult can only bring 1 child

Additional information

• Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
• Do not smoke, drink alcohol, or use stimulants in the vehicle
• Do not bring flammable or explosive objects into the vehicle
• Do not throw trash on the vehicle
• Do not make noise or cause disorder in the vehicle.
• Always maintain a cultural and civilized attitude in the car, do not speak loudly or swear. The bus company has the right to refuse service to customers who disrupt order, security, and general culture
• Sleeper Bus - Bed dimension: 180 x 48 cm - Recommend for customer with heigh from 175cm and below
• This activity is a shared transfer therefore the trip duration is approximate and might fluctuate due to external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, toilet break, etc.
