- Check-In : As you approach the entrance, a staff member may greet you and provide information about the petting zoo
- Admission : Show your Klook voucher
- Hand Sanitization : Wash your hands thoroughly with soap to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
- Safety Briefing : Please pay attention to any specific guidelines or rules regarding animal handling and behavior
- Access : Take note of any signs or barriers indicating restricted areas or paths within the petting zoo
- Interaction : Observe the animals’ behavior and temperament before attempting to touch or pet them
- Feeding : Obtain approved food from the feeding stations, and our zookeeper will guide you in feeding specific animals
- Enjoyment : Take photos and videos to capture memorable moments. Please comply with any guidelines regarding photography and recording.
- Exit : Please ensure you have not left any personal belongings in the petting zoo area
