Good to know
One day before departure, between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, you will receive the tour guide and vehicle information in your email (which may go to the spam folder). Please be sure to check it promptly and keep your communication channels open. There may be slight delays during peak season. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
- If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, confirmation of cancellation will be made by email by 6:00 PM local time one day prior to departure.
Seats and Vehicles
- The itinerary is a group tour, and seat allocation follows the first-come, first-served principle. If you have special needs, please indicate them in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange them, but the final arrangement is subject to the actual situation on site.
- The type of vehicle used will be arranged according to the number of people, and the vehicle type cannot be specified. When there are fewer people, a driver may be arranged as an on-board attendant, and the explanation may be briefer.
- If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without authorization, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car. If any stains are caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.
Itinerary Adjustment and Safety
- Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from ¥5,000 to ¥10,000 per hour).
- The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably replace or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
- If facilities such as cable cars and游船 are suspended due to weather or force majeure, they will be replaced with other attractions or the stopover time will be adjusted.
- No refunds will be given for lateness due to personal reasons, temporary changes to the meeting place, or leaving the group midway. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group.
Seasons and Landscapes
- The visibility of Mount Fuji is greatly affected by the weather, especially in summer when the visibility is low. It is recommended to confirm the weather information before booking.
- Seasonal limited activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks festivals are greatly affected by the climate, and the flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be advanced or delayed. Even if the expected landscape is not reached, the itinerary will still depart normally and no refunds will be given.
Other Information
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for those who are late, and you cannot join the group midway. It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain itineraries.
* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Please register carefully according to your own health conditions.
* After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will have to bear the return or additional accommodation costs themselves.
* During peak travel times on Japanese red days and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions closing early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same night, and to bring your own light snacks and power banks.
