- Yunnan is located on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, where outdoor ultraviolet radiation is strong. Please take precautions against the sun and bring items such as masks, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
- The cities are far apart and the scenic spots are scattered, so the journey by car is long. Please prepare motion sickness medicine. The temperature difference is large in summer, so bring common medicines such as motion sickness medicine to avoid illness and heatstroke.
- Respect the customs and habits of ethnic minorities and respect local customs. Yunnan is a region where ethnic minorities live, and there are many different cultures and lifestyles. Therefore, when traveling, listen carefully to the tour guide's explanation and understand the specific matters that should be paid attention to.
- Yunnan is hot in summer, so bring normal summer clothes, preferably pure cotton, breathable sportswear and outdoor clothing, and comfortable and fit sports shoes/hiking shoes.
