Very convenient and comfortable charter bus. Because I get seasick, it is very comfortable to lie flat. It just makes sense to play like this.
This service was exactly as expected. Picked us up from our hotel in Sabang about 10 minutes late which was expected as we were going to be last picked up. The bus wasn't nice but it's what was expected. They try to drop you off at the bus station in Puerto so just let the driver know you booked through Klook and paid for drop off wherever you specified. They put us in another bus and promptly brought us to our hotel, worked great.
This time it was a positive experience. The van was on time, picked us at our place up, the ride itself was also safe and fast. Unbelievable how the experience may differ from disastereous to a very good one.
You picked up on time and moved safely even though it was night.
if you are planning to go to sabang this is the best and cheapest way. the van is not new but comfortable naman. kudos to our driver because he made our trip more comfortable and safe❤

Cramped and sweaty but fast and cheap. Pickup by a transfer from the airport was seamless - definitely don’t bother paying out for a private transfer unless you have money to burn!
Very comfy, sir Rex was really nice and the trip was smooth.
Got picked up 10 minutes after the agreed time but that's ok since we were the last to got picked. Aircondition is just ok - might need a little fix but it's not broken yet. Transport was fast and they drop us off in our agreed destination.
Pick up was on time, I requested for a reserved seat and it was granted. The driver was so nice to us. The van was better than the one we used the other day. Although a little bit old but works alright.
