From start to finish, everything was seamless and well-organized, and a huge part of that was due to our amazing tour guide, Grace. Grace was incredibly knowledgeable and shared interesting facts about the history, culture, and landmarks of Lantau Island, which made the entire tour even more enriching. She also had a wonderful sense of humor, keeping the whole group entertained throughout the day. Her communication was spot on — she made sure we were all clear on meeting points and times, and she was always approachable with any questions we had.. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hong Kong!
Our tour guide, Christina is great! We had fun with the whole trip. Free water and 1 fish ball included for the Tai O and vegetable lunch in Big Buddha that consists stir fried noodles, bean sprout, and vegetable style lumpia. The given schedule for the tour is good and you still have a little bit of free time to check the place and local food. We had a little problem with the cable car as I did not receive any seperate email, however, Christina was able to assist us and helped us have a ticket! Thank you for the tour company. I recommend this trip! My parents enjoyed it. If you want to travel to lantau island and do not want to make your own itinerary, you better book this. Thank you!
A nice short trip to Lantau Island, experiencing a different part of Hong Kong, going uphill with bus, visiting the endangered fishing village and seeing pink dolphins is a surprise to me, but recommend organiser to provide life vest for safety. Weather is cool and clear sky make it a perfect day for visiting. With the super holiday crowd, going downhill using cable car is taking longer time than usual. Lok Lok is a very professional tour guide, her explanation is clear and precise with very much fluent English. Overall, the impression is great with 5 star recommendation for those who are lazy to plan. 😂
It was a great day out. Luckily, weather forecast was wrong! Grace was my guide and she was friendly, helpful, organised and really animated. Im a solo traveller and she managed to swap my original booking date so I could go on the cable car ride = extra cost. The itinerary is as advertised - we saw / did everything as outlined, we were on schedule. We saw the pink dolphins too! You can do this tour on your own, independently, however it was a really nice experience and a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the scenery, not have to worry about logisitics, meet other travellers... highly recommend the tour and Grace. I can't even take away from this experience. From the cost to our wonderful tour guide Grace; it was a truly amazing experience. The cost was worth it and please make sure you include the crystal cable and the food. exceptional tour. Lantu Island was so unexpectedly a one of a kind experience. clear your schedule and make the time. Tip: it's best to meet at Tsung Chi Station and make sure you bring HKD for shopping and your best walking shoes. I conquered some fears on this tour and it was all worth it. P.S. Give Grace a raise!
Yes, you can do the Buddha and the 360 Cable Car without this guide but this tour is such a great combo due to the ease of accessibility to the Fishing Village which offers a unique experience outside the city views and a great chance to see the Pink Dolphins via the boat ride! Ben was extremely knowledgeable and his assistant, thanks guys!
Grace is very punctual, funny and kind to all of us. She was an excellent guide. the tour itself felt a bit rushed, an extra 1 hour would fit perfectly i believe. Nevertheless, this is a tour worth taking for sure. lunch is all vegetarian
Grace is a lovely guide. the trip was quite well organised. Breathtaking view from Buddha statue. I hadn’t taken the lunch provided by the organisers at the monastery site. There’s a tiny shop which sells ramen and ‘tea eggs’. Cheap and highly recommended. Also, you’ll save money if you get the cable car ticket along with the island trip itself.
A must do tour when visiting Hong Kong. Our tour guide Christina made our day at Lantau island unforgetable! She was quick to respond via whatsapp within regards to our questions and also gave clear instructions on our meeting locations. Very knowledgable and fun loving lady which we had the pleasure of having as our tour guide for the day. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting HK for the first time, it's definitely worth it🫶

Ngong Ping 360 cable car service will be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance from September 8 to 18, 2026. During this period, tour will travel to Ngong Ping and Tai O by bus.
