We will pick you up from your hotel and head to visit a local market and spend time there to learn and see some of greens, herbs and ingredients in the market. You can choose the different dishes from one of each categories we will let you make your own curry paste from the scratch using mortar pestle. You all will enjoy to cook and eat in a very traditional Thai family style in the organic kitchen garden with a unique and individually hands-on method will taught you by dedicated instructor and everyone will get a PDF version recipe book online.
