- As all Sichuan scenic areas require real-name ticket purchases, when booking, customer service needs tourists to provide the ID card, passport (or travel permit) information of all members of the group; otherwise, they can only purchase tickets on-site. On-site purchases may involve longer queuing times, and during peak seasons, it is possible to be denied entry due to景区 traffic restrictions. Please be aware and understand this.
- Please pay attention to personal and property safety during the tour, and follow the景区's safety prompts to queue for visits. The景区 is located at an altitude of approximately 1700 meters. Please walk slowly during the tour and do not run with heavy loads to avoid physical discomfort.
- The vehicle usage time for pick-up/drop-off and the entire tour included in this package is 10 hours. If the time exceeds 30 minutes or more due to the customer's own reasons, the organizer will charge a fee based on the vehicle type and the amount of overtime. Thank you for your understanding. The organizer will not charge additional fees for delays caused by traffic jams or other force majeure factors.
- This package includes a Chinese-speaking driver service. Customer service staff can provide online services in both Chinese and English. At the same time, the organizer can provide multi-language (English, Japanese, Korean, Thai) tour guide services for an additional fee. If needed, you can contact the travel concierge after placing your order. Chinese and English tour guides need to be booked 10 days in advance, and tour guides in other languages need to be booked 20 days in advance. Please pay for the purchase after the booking is successful.
- If you are traveling on weekends or holidays, given the unpredictability of scenic area traffic and road traffic during holidays, the return time may be uncertain. To avoid unnecessary losses, we do not recommend that you book major transportation (such as airplanes, trains, etc.) for the day of your return journey.
- For safety reasons, this itinerary is not recommended for pregnant women and infants under 1 year old. If minors under the age of 18 participate, at least one adult relative must accompany them. If there are elderly people over 70 years old among the travelers, they must be accompanied by at least one relative between the ages of 18 and 60 to join the group.
- The pick-up and drop-off range included in this package is within the area of the Third Ring Road in Chengdu and the Chengdu High-tech Zone.
