Nice Monaco & Eze Village Half-Day Cultural Tour

The tour guide Noah picked me up at the hotel on time. There were a total of 7 people in our group. My friend and I were in the last row of the car and it was very loose. Noah explained local history and culture along the way, which was great! However, we did not receive a confirmation email or message from the supplier before the trip started. We were worried at first, but the supplier showed up in the end and provided us with a comfortable trip!

I traveled comfortably from Nice to Monaco in a Mercedes-Benz van. The itinerary is to tour the old town, starting at the Monaco Maritime Museum, and visit the perfume factory in Eze. It looks like a tour run by a perfume factory ^^; Still, I had a comfortable trip with my parents, and especially the guide noe S (name on WhatsApp!) was very kind and dropped us in front of the hotel, saying he couldn't leave us on the street on a rainy day. This is the love of Nice... Sweetheart... Thank you again, everything was good except for the perfume factory which was disappointing :)

I was relieved that the pick-up location and time were communicated the day before. The driver was very kind and friendly. The tour time was appropriate, so we were able to fully enjoy and have fun at each spot.

I was a little worried because the rating was around 2, but the guide was friendlier than I expected and the pick-up was on time. Other than the fact that the air conditioner was a bit weak and it was hot, I was satisfied.

The tour guide was very kind and explained the attractions in the itinerary in detail. The car was very comfortable and spacious. It was an interesting and novel journey.

I was worried because there was no advance notice of hotel pick-up. Also, there was no information about the perfume factory on the tour course. The operator was cheerful and fun, so it was a little disappointing. The customer service was kind, but due to the time difference, it was not real-time.

the tour guide was really informative and funny, but we didn’t have time to explore any of the towns, we were dropped for lunch in Cannes and the time allotted was so less that we literally had to pack and eat it at our next stop. would recommend spending a day in Monaco and Cannes individually instead.

This is a big fraud. The organiser never showed and the trip was cancelled and refused to refund money, blaming on us tourists. They only sent an email for complete address, never tried calling or What's app, nor did Klook send any notification. We expect Klook to intervene in such cases in the interest of travellers to foreign countries and help in refunding money.
