the krakow card needs to be redeemed at the tourist information center!
I bought a two-day pass on Monday and Tuesday. 95% of the museums were closed on Monday, so I could only go to the Schindlers Factory. It happened that the museum was free to visit that day, so there was already a long queue before it opened. I had to wait for an hour to get in. I don’t recommend attending this museum, there’s nothing interesting to see. The Eagle Pharmacy is free to enter on Tuesdays, so everyone can enter without a pass, but there is nothing fancy inside and it is very detailed. I then went to St. Mary's Basilica, Kraków and Stanislaw Lem Garden of Experiences. The ticket sellers of both institutions said that the pass was invalid and I could not enter, so I had to buy tickets by myself. I was walking in vain and wasting my time. As for the two days of free transportation, we don’t know because no one checked the tickets for both days.
It is recommended to go to Krakow and buy the Krakow City Card. Klook only sells it to some museums that you can’t understand unless you have a deep understanding of history, such as Kościuszko Mound, Tyniec Benedictine Abbey, etc. are not included.
During the ticket exchange process, the staff spent a long time looking for information! I purchased a two-day pass on Sunday and Monday, but most museums were closed on Mondays. Before entering each attraction, I had to use a two-day pass card to exchange for a ticket, which was very troublesome!
The weather is bad and you won’t be allowed to leave. The alarm is so scary. Who dares to go out? It is recommended to wait until the moment before redemption or buy the pass directly on site. The redemption place is inconvenient.
