The itinerary was actually great, with volcano hikes and views of the volcano, plus a trip to the Blue Lagoon. Unfortunately, the tour guide's leadership was just average. It felt like they were in a hurry to finish up, and they didn't clearly explain the meeting times, just okay. Also, during the volcano hike, the guide didn't consider the slower members of the group; not everyone is experienced with hiking volcanic trails.
The activity content is acceptable and the price is reasonable, but the travel agency's arrangements are just average, and the tour guide is not very friendly.
