Super cool~~ Because I decided to go to France at the last minute, I found that I could no longer buy tickets for the Palace of Versailles on the official website, so I came to KLOOK to look for them. I unexpectedly found that not only tickets were available, but what was even better was that there was also a pick-up and drop-off service. Since it was my first time in Paris, so Very unfamiliar. I happen to live near the Eiffel Tower, close to the pick-up location, so when I walk to the pick-up location, I can see the staff. She scans our tickets and sets off. When we arrive, she will be friendly I’ll tell you where to go to enter the venue, as well as the restrooms and dining area. There are also audio guide tickets and garden tickets. The garden is super worth visiting. They will pick us up after we finish shopping in the afternoon. I give this trip a hundred points. Thank you very much for this service, which allowed me to successfully complete my trip to the Palace of Versailles. Thank you.
It's convenient, with a shuttle service, so you don't have to travel on your own. When I arrived, I waited in line for the 11:30 AM slot. The staff sent a QR code via WhatsApp. On the way back, I could choose a drop-off location in the city.
There will be very friendly staff at the gathering place to confirm with you in the morning and give you a ticket for returning to the bus (please keep it!) Everything is good, but there is not enough time. If you want to visit slowly, it is recommended to go on your own It is more suitable to go there and there is no time limit for taking a ride back.
easy to locate meet up point. delay occur whe waiting for others. 945 meet up +30mins at versailles. 1130 time entry at palace. this join in tour is very convenient & comfortable for going to and from without the hassle of commute. you can rest after the many hours of walking.
It's adequate, the tour leader is easy to communicate with, and it saves the hassle of taking public transportation, allowing you to focus on sightseeing. The 4-hour stay is sufficient.
Unfortunately, the waiting time after meeting up that day was too long. We're not sure if we were waiting for other guests. The itinerary stated we would arrive at Versailles Palace at 10:45 AM, but in fact, we were still near the Arc de Triomphe waiting for guests at that time. We first toured the gardens, then entered Versailles Palace at 1:30 PM, and had to gather to leave by 3:30 PM, so the touring time was quite short. There were many people that day, and even going to the restroom or a restaurant required a lot of waiting in line, so there simply wasn't enough time, which was a shame. The staff were friendly, but they did not offer Chinese language support.
The tour guide is kind and friendly, the roll call process is simple and fast, and the bus leaves on time. The tour bus is comfortable and clean. After arrival, you can enter the park at the scheduled time. However, there was a small problem with the tickets to enter the garden. The staff told us that the travel agency had booked entry for a future day. After understanding, we could still enter smoothly.
a bit of a hiccup experienced as the bus arrived 30-min late from meet-up time at 9:45am but afterwards, things went on smoothly.
