Minimum group size is 20 people. The tour will be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met. You will be notified of the tour cancellation by email 10 days prior to departure.
In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 2 days prior to departure (12:00 local time) as to whether the tour will be canceled. You will be notified by email as soon as a decision has been made.

Please arrive at the designated location 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. To avoid delays to the itinerary, late arrivals will not be accommodated.
Meals are not included for children under 3 years old.
Please provide complete information when booking to facilitate the registration process. Once the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed arbitrarily. You will be responsible for any losses incurred as a result.
This tour does not accept bookings from travelers under the age of 18 traveling alone. If you wish to book, please have a guardian book the tour together with you.
No refunds will be given for failure to participate in or cancellation of the tour due to personal reasons or lateness. Please be aware of this.
In the event that the tour vehicle is soiled or damaged due to personal reasons, the customer will be fully responsible for the cleaning and repair costs in accordance with local Japanese laws. Please be aware of this.
The cable car may be suspended in the event of rain, heavy fog, lightning, strong winds, or other weather conditions. In addition, access to the mountaintop observation deck may also be prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.

The temperature in northeastern Japan is much lower than in Tokyo. Please take precautions against the cold when participating in outdoor activities.
Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order! If you do not indicate this and need to arrange for additional luggage or exceed the limit, you will need to pay JPY 2,000 per piece! If you bring additional luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse you boarding due to congestion in the car and impact on driving safety! No refunds will be given!
The operator will send an email with travel information between 17:00 and 20:00, 1-3 days before departure. The email will include information such as pick-up time, tour guide details, and license plate number. Please check your email, including your spam folder. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one! It is recommended to proactively add the tour guide's account based on the email information!
We do not offer room sharing services. Single travelers should purchase a "Single Room" package! We do not offer packages for 3-4 people rooms or family rooms!
