He was extremely knowledgeable, well spoken and willing to answer all of our questions! he helped us navigate the markets, learn how to “haggle” and even helped me purchase gold from a great seller! would absolutely recommend this tour to everyone coming to Dubai! Just come for the 9:30 tour to beat the heat & arrive early to enjoy walking through the souk before it opens!

We did a morning walking tour covering Al Seef Souk, the Spice, Textile and Gold Souks, along with the Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The tour was very well paced, thoughtfully curated, and never felt rushed. Our guide, Hamza, made all the difference. He is extremely knowledgeable, well mannered, and incredibly patient in answering every question—big or small. His storytelling and insights into Dubai’s history, culture, and everyday life added so much depth to the walk. A lovely bonus was the Arabic coffee tasting and Dubai chocolate tasting, which added a beautiful local touch to the experience. Overall, it was an enriching and memorable way to explore old Dubai. Hamza is a great guide. He's very funny, informative and took great care of each of us in the tour group. He gave us tips how to deal with the souks people, what the prices for the products so we don't get ripped off. At the end of the tour he even bought us extra boat tickets and guided us to the restaurant we want to go (not part of the tour). he went above and beyond to help us and we are very greateful. thanks Hamza!

We booked our Dubai Aladdin Walking tour with them and we loved how knowledgeable and entertaining Hamza (our tour guide) was. He explained very well the history of Old Dubai, the 7 emirates and had a brief comparison of their respective cultures with others currently residing here in the UAE. He discussed the differences between the real and fake Dubai Chocolate and some spices. He also gave us tips on how to deal with the market specifically the price range and advised us to be careful with “extra zeros” before paying for the items.

This was my first visit to Dubai, and the Old Town tour was a great experience. It helped me learn more about Dubai’s history, culture, and traditional life, which was very interesting. Our tour guide, Mr. Islam Shady, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made the tour enjoyable. He was always happy to answer questions and made sure everyone felt comfortable. I highly recommend this tour, especially for first-time visitors to Dubai.

Exploring Old Dubai with Francis was a blast—history, culture, and plenty of laughs all rolled into one. From wandering the charming Al Fahidi alleys to cruising Dubai Creek on a traditional abra, every moment felt rich with stories. Francis’s legendary haggling skills got us the best deals in the spice and gold souks, while street snacks fueled our adventure. Old Dubai comes alive with friends like Francis by your side.

Hamza was very well knowledgeable about the history and fun facts of the area, and was engaging in his delivery as well. I found it especially helpful that he gave us tips on what the appropriate prices of several more popular items in the souks should be, it helped us to avoid getting scammed. Would recommend going on tours with him!

This tour is definitely great! Our experience is very nice thanks to uur guide Hamza. He's friendly, approachable and encourages us to ask any questions about Dubai, cultural/history/religious wise. Wouldn't learnt so much about Dubai if it weren't for his explanation. His tips about the textile/herbs/gold markets are also very very helpful for those who wants to shop and buy!
