its a must specially if you will have a late arrival at Changi Airport. its all worth it, they will drop you infront of your hotel, we should get the RT instead of 1way, but maybe next time when we come back. the driver is so nice and accommodating! 5 star for him :) but i think its 1st in 1st out system, coz we are the last to drop off in our hotel we roam around but its okay we enjoy the view at late night in SG :) Thanks Klook!

I started using KLOOK app. since 2019 and it has never failed me. I purchased airport shuttle bus-round trip each time I visit Singapore. Fast and reliable, plus the shuttle buss provide free USB charging port and free wi-fi and it’s very stable (so far) You just need the information pack carefully and follow.

This transport service is very practical if you want a glimpse of Singapore as you won’t be able to see the beauty of the city when you take subway. It was also efficient when you are booking a transport services via Klook. As my experience, the ride was comfortable, I just show voucher and you will get into the shuttle in a breeze. Easy to redeem. However, in the Klook it mentioned children below 3yo don't require a ticket, but when I went to the concierge, the staff said by right need to purchase ticket even for kid/toddler below 3yo. The staff however didn't asked me to pay extra for it. Overall, it was easy and smooth, the van dropped me and my family in front of our hotel.

Worry-free service from airport to hotel and back. Loving every single moment in Singapore. Changi Airport is a stunner and every minute details are taken cared for. Uncles, our chauffeur are courteous, always wearing their smiles and MAN, they are on time. Came 7:15 am 3 hours before our flight 10:15am. Thank you we have a pleasant stay Thanks klook.
