    Where will my donations go?

    Your booking(s) will not be for self-consumption but serve as donated experiences to our selected beneficiaries - supporting the underprivileged children, families and migrant workers in Singapore. There is no redemption necessary. All tickets will be automatically sent to our partners who will work with the beneficiaries to arrange for the visit.

    Do note that SingapoRediscovers Vouchers (SRV) are strictly non-refundable. When the ticket/package price is less than the total monetary value of the SRV used, there is no refund of the remaining unused amount.

    Why should I go through Klook for this?

    Klook is not a licensed charity, but we are working together with the various beneficiaries and our local partners to do good through this campaign. Klook is taking 0% commission, and do not stand to earn from this initiative. All activity packages have been specially negotiated with our partners to be below the usual pricing. Furthermore, the whole process is simple and quick - all you got to do is click and we will handle the rest for you!

    Will I get an official acknowledgement?

    You will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of your booking(s), and you should also see the order reflected under the "Bookings" tab on your Klook mobile app.
