The rooms were not clean. Toilet was having a bad smell. The staff didnt even help when requested to do so. I had worst stay for a 4 star hotel!

Fix the lights (alot of light bulbs missing), clean the bathrooms, clean the rooms, WiFi and service is non existent, be careful in getting scammed at the shops near by.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It’s about 15 to 20 mins walk to the Al-haram or you can catch the 24 hours bus to take you there and back to the hotel.
