Stayed with kids

Property is clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful. However, like all Universal and Disney resorts in Orlando, the cost to eat is very high.

Amazing resort with access to all parks! Pool is A1. Stayed in room near pool so smelled it but it didn’t interfere. Food is pricey but the cost of living is higher. They clean room everyday which is another A1. Valet is top tier also. They would run back to grab stuff we left in car. Stayed almost two weeks. Loved it! Oh (Use the ballroom area if you need to get a little work done) 🙌

I've stayed at this property a total of 3 times. The first 2 times were great. This last trip could have gone better. The room definitely had to be fully re-cleaned and a few maintenance fixes upon closer inspection once we got there. I was also disappointed by the poolside service. It was faster/easier to just go to the restaurant/bar outside than to rely on the service. The valet and front desk staff were great!
