Never experienced a service like this hotel For example in the room they supply just one towel per person, for shower. No small towels, u ask for and they reply they don’t have. U have to use in pool the same towel because towels supply at pool is very scarce

Staff couldn’t do enough for you - the rooms are large. The air con could do with a bit of an update as not as cool as it could be but not uncomfortable. Fresh towels every day, staff couldn’t do enough for you, big shout out to San Oo and Hugo who looked after me and my husband so well. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. It’s a great hotel with everything you need and the restaurant food is also so tasty.
