Would have been 5 stars if it was a bit more family-friendly. In every other aspect, the property is superb! The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. We had 2 children in our group ( ages 10, and 7), and only 1 of the 3 pools is available for them, and only between 8-11am. It was a nice pool and they enjoyed it. The rooms were well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. There are no coffee makers or tea pots in the rooms, and nothing available in the hotel until 7:30am. It is very close to the stadium(s). We had a vehicle, so I can't tell you how close it is to other dining and shopping options. We would stay here again if not traveling with the kids.

Very disappointing service, especially at checkout. The first few nights were fine, but whenever we requested room service items such as cups, plates, or an extra blanket, the response was extremely slow and felt unnecessarily complicated. The checkout experience was even worse. The receptionist told me there was an outstanding balance for some beers. I explained that I would ask my son to come downstairs and pay, but instead of simply allowing that, she rudely replied that I had previously said no one was in the room. Her attitude was unprofessional and showed no consideration for the fact that I was rushing to catch a taxi. Requesting an extra blanket was also an unpleasant experience. Two staff members came to the room and questioned why we needed another blanket, as if we had to justify the request. It felt more like being questioned at a police station than staying at a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, the poor customer service during the latter part of our stay overshadowed what had started as a pleasant experience. I expected much better hospitality from a hotel of this standard. Also the room has a big problem there’s a big hole just behind the minibar where your stuffs will get stuck there and you have no access to your take them. I waited two days to get my stuff back

Amazing service wonderful staffs beautiful pool

From the moment I arrived, my stay at Jacy’z Hotel & Resort exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a unique atmosphere that combines modern luxury with a vibrant resort feel. The design is stunning, with beautiful interiors, stylish décor, and incredible views of Gothenburg that make every part of the property feel special. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and everything was thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and luxurious experience. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurants and bars, which offer amazing food, great drinks, and breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The spa, pool, and fitness facilities were excellent and added to the overall resort experience. Whether you’re looking to relax or stay active, the hotel has everything you need. The atmosphere throughout the property is lively yet elegant, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Jacy’z is truly one of the finest hotels in Gothenburg. A lovely hotel with a fantastic spa - the large room was great The staff are very helpful and friendly Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful stay. The pool was great and we could use it until 11am as a family. The bar and games were a big hit with my son,especially silly the shuffle board! We walked to Liseberg from the hotel, it only took around 10 minutes

Beautiful decor, comfy beds and good vibes. Did not use the spa this time but had a lovely meal at Gogogaga on the top floor which was amazing!

Amazing stay, the hotel was beautiful, trendy eclectic vibe throughout. The pools and rooftop bars are a must see for anyone visiting Gothenburg. It is conveniently located, a super easy walk from the central station. The bed was so comfortable it was almost impossible to leave the next morning. They even offered to store our luggage for the day so we could enjoy the city before our late flight out.

The breakfast and dinner at the bar from the restaurant Archie’s was good quality. It has a great pool and spa like area overlooking the city which is nice after a long day of walking and sightseeing. We had a drink at Gogogqga which was a lively place. The view was so nice. Yhe hotel is not in the central city but it is right next to Ullevi stadium so that would be a plus if you are going to a game. The rooms are quite dated. Needs a bit of a refresher but otherwise a good hotel.
