I highly recommend this hotel, the staff very courteous, always ready to help you out on anything you need. Really well located to Duomo, train station if you’re arriving by train, about 10 minutes walk. 10+

Great stuff. Amazing breakfast

Breakfast was outstanding. There was a very nice buffet, excellent hot selections from the kitchen, and excellent coffee selection which was not from a machine. Rooms were spacious and showers exceptionally nice.

I had no complaints about Hotel Centrale. It was well located yet quiet. The lobby was lovely and the breakfast was expansive and delicious. Had I not stayed at two smaller facilities earlier in my trip (where the hospitality was truly warm and personal), I might have rated this hotel more highly. It was just a more “corporate“ hotel experience. Staff was very professional and courteous - it just felt a bit more impersonal.

Staff were very help and the room was clean. Could add a screen on the window to leave open at night and keep out bugs.

Being so close to iconic landmarks like the Florence Cathedral made exploring effortless and enjoyable. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, offering the perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything spotless and welcoming. Breakfast each morning was a lovely touch, with a variety of fresh options to start the day. It added to the overall charm and convenience of the stay. What truly stood out to me was the atmosphere—cozy, charming, and authentically Florentine. It felt like a perfect blend of comfort and culture. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. It’s a place I would gladly return to and one I’ll be recommending to friends and family. An unforgettable stay! 🇮🇹✨

Perfect location! The property was clean and the room was nice. The breakfast was decent too. The best part was the location of the hotel, walkable to everywhere.
