The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are so quiet, you get a great nights sleep. Breakfast was very busy but there was always plenty of food for everyone. Would highly recommend

GoodStayed with partner
Breakfast was very crowded both days. Very limited number of tables and difficult to find staff to clear them so they could be used.
Despite the do not disturb sign being on the door housekeeping tried twice to access the room and this was reported on checkout.
There is no real ambiance in the lobby area for a drink etc.

Great We stayed here our last night in Ireland. The hotel is nice, but the area is a little sketchy. I think they are trying to revitalize the area. Breakfast was included and it was OK. We had a room with 2 queen beds and it happened to be a day that was in the 70s. We were on the 7th floor. When we arrived all of the curtains/shades were open and it was hot in the room. We called for a fan (which they brought), but said we wouldn't get the room to cool down much faster. It was fine by later in the night. Room was good size for 4 people. It is about a 8-10 minute walk to Temple Bar area.

GreatSolo stay
Excellent location, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast included, which is a real bonus in Dublin. In line with its designation this is a ‘no frills’ hotel, everything required for a short stay but I wouldn’t necessarily want to stay for a longer period. My room was low down and at the back with a view of some machinery, possibly generators, which made it dark. This did mean that it was relatively quiet by central Dublin standards. Front or side facing rooms may get traffic and nightlife noise.
Bedroom had all necessary facilities and was spotless but quite small. Adequate for me as a solo traveller but might be tight for two people. Other, higher category rooms are available and it might be worth paying for an upgrade if staying any length of time.
While the breakfast is good, the evening bar menu is limited and I thought rather expensive.
