The staff was friendly and attentive. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved, as the shower and floor were not completely clean from the first day. Additionally, there were some noises in the ceiling that seemed to come from unwanted animals. Overall, the stay was acceptable, with room for improvement.

Hotel was in some back alley. Very dark. Lobby was a group of men just smoking. Hotel smelt like cigarettes and cat urine
We had to leave the second night as I am asthmatic and started coughing
Headboards in room was filthy, door didn’t lock properly
Our hair and clothes smelt like smoke and the room was dirty. Used bottles of water in the fridge

Located in a port area of the city. The building from the outside is falling apart and there is garbage everywhere. There is no insulation between the walls so you can hear EVERYTHING going on in your neighbours rooms. It says no smoking but the room always smelled like fresh smoke making it difficult to sleep. Bring earplugs if you do decide to stay here.

Below average My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was small and dirty, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. When I told the receptionist that the bedsheet was very dirty, he just said, “Here is Istanbul,” instead of trying to help or fix the problem. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed with the service. I do not recommend this hotel.
