GoodStayed with partner · For business and leisure
Stayed for 10 days. You get what you paid for. Looks scenic on the photos than it actually is. communication was difficult. Owner/person at the reception encourages tuktuk drivers to overprice you instead of letting you know that actual prices. Overall it was an ok place.

FantasticStayed with family · For friends and family
Went there with my parents, dad had difficulty with walking due to a leg injury but the staff was extremely courteous. Helped us with rooms on the lower floor and arranged for cab/tuk tuk very promptly whenever we needed them. Location is a big plus and this a a real value for money place so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Siem Reap

This place has construction going on that starts at 6.30am... I did read before I booked but everything is covered in concrete dust and was hard to sit outside your room or even use the pool there was that many piles of rubbish, bricks, tools and cords everywhere... in a great spot but to be taking peoples money with no discount to stay in a dump like that is not on.

Good Stayed 4 days, no elevator was on the third floor, some stairs uneven - for a senior not so good.
Room was good, clean, careful of the tile in the bathroom when wet. Shower is part of the bathroom. Good pressure and good temperature adjustment. Beds good, ask for a second pillow.
Pool was most refreshing but, the steps getting into are slippery tile and uneven so be VERY CAREFUL.
Food in the restaurant is not so good. For coffee go next door to the Laundromat/bistro (Lost Socks) fantastic coffee.
Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and courteous, limited in the English language but basically acceptable.
Rates are more than reasonable.
Location is with in walking distance of the Night Market, Pub Street etc. Be carefully of the traffic, cars, scooters etc and the uneven pavement or lack there of. Night lighting is mostly from vehicles.
I would recommend this hotel but remember, you get what you pay for.

GreatStayed with partner
Nice size of room although all are right beside the pool or bar. Also a school right next door which is noisy (morning bells and children screaming) staff are very friendly. Bathroom smelt fusty, had to get someone to clean the hair out of the drain. Sink and floor both backed up and flood. Nice restaurant at hotel. Nice place, only negative is the bathroom and noise.

Great The family who run this small hotel are especially nice & eager to please. Their restaurant offers a pretty wide variety of Western & Asian/Khmer dishes - their mango smoothie is the best! So is shrimp shiu mai. Room was small & dark, but biggest upset was the bed. Instead of the lovely traditional Khmer bed with very firm mattress (wonderful for the back!), it's a lousy foam thing you sink into, misaligning back & leaving you miserable. I'd stay there again because the family is lovely & helpful, the location close to Pub Street (but away from all that raucous noise) is great. But the bed was a killer.

Great Location - The hotel is strategically located just around the corner of pub street and night markets, just a close 3-5 walk and away from all the noise and traffic.
Hotel - A small cozy family owned hotel, managed by Lucky Loy, who speaks good English, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel staffs were also friendly and accommodating. Food is good with affordable pricing. There's also a cute little bunny who hops around freely around the hotel so do look out for our little friend!
Room - We stayed in the deluxe twin room for 3 nights. The room is simple with necessary amenities provided. The bed is big (super single) and comfortable. TV has a lot of channels in various language. It would be advisable to wear room slippers during your stay due to tiny insects and sand/dust from outside the room. Unavoidable in Cambodia when you open the room door! Having said that, the hotel staffs do sweep the floor daily.
