We truly enjoyed our recent stay at your hotel from October 2 to October 7 — the ambience, natural light, and food were wonderful. Your staff were exceptionally warm and helpful; we appreciated their kindness so much that we even gifted them during our stay.
However, we did face a few issues in room 424. The toilet lights were not functioning properly and seemed unsynchronized with the main room lights, possibly due to an electrical issue. This caused insufficient lighting in the toilet, and my children had to sleep with the main lights on throughout the night.
Additionally, while the breakfast buffet was superb, we noticed that the menu remained largely the same each day, and it would be nice to have a little more variety in the main course options for guests staying multiple nights.
Despite these challenges, I would still love to return to your hotel — it truly feels welcoming.
