(私が予約確定時に全文面確認してなかったのが落ち度ではあるけど) ベトナムの住所でよくわからない中タクシーでエクスペディア記載の住所に向かうと該当のビルがたくさんありどれかわからず。その後重いスーツケース路頭に迷い1時間くらい確認作業がかかり分かったのは「チェックイン24時間以上前にこちらから連絡してチェックイン方法を聞かなくはならない」ということ。その後記載のLINEは追加できず、メールもダメ，WhatsApp でやっとやりとりをしてなんとか部屋に入れた。部屋は独特の臭い…２日目、３日目の夜は夜中に行きなり大きな音声とベルが廊下に響き渡り、非常事態かと怖くて眠れず…３日目の朝にホストに連絡するも、「never mind」と… 良い人生勉強になりました。

It was our first time in Hanoi. The area were D’capitale is, appeared to be an upscale area.we felt safe walking even at night. The host was receptive and easily accessible by what’s up app. Even though Viator trips ,we booked, didn’t pick up at this area, we spent an average of $ 4-6 getting to and from the meeting place by Grab taxi.

自由に使えるアパートでしたが、部屋が汚かった。 一度部屋を交換してもらったがそれでも汚かったです。 長期滞在ならランドリーやキッチンもあるのでいいかと思いました。 旅行での利用なら同価格帯のホテルをおすすめします。

Apartment is very nice, morden, clean and large. I stayed here very comfortable and feel like home. The best apartment I've ever stayed. There are big Shopping Mall from 1st floor to 5th floor in the building. it is very convenient. I will stay here again.
