The hotel has great potential with good facilities, fair pricing, and tasty food. However, service and maintenance need urgent attention. Our room’s toilet was clogged before use, and I was handed a plunger to fix it myself—water pooled on the floor due to poor drainage, creating an unsanitary environment that affected my child’s appetite. Management should improve cleanliness checks, bathroom drainage, and staff responsiveness, and add in-room communication to make the stay truly enjoyable.
