I recently stayed at Crown Park Hotel and was impressed by the cleanliness of the property and their thoughtful service, such as the regular refill of bottled water in the room. When I raised a concern about my personal bath towel being mistakenly taken by housekeeping, the staff immediately investigated and resolved the issue, which showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. On the downside, the main reception is located on the 17th floor, while the ground floor only has a small reception and lobby area. Since most guests tend to check in and out at the ground floor entrance, I hope the hotel can add sofas or chairs here to provide seating space. This would make waiting more comfortable instead of guests having to stand. Overall, Crown Park Hotel delivers good service and cleanliness, with room for improvement in the ground floor reception area to enhance the guest experience.

Great location and really easy to get around with buses and train close by. I would stay here again. Room is a bit tight but I would recommend paying extra for a bigger room as it was nice to have that extra space compared to standard.

Great stay! Room was clean, neat, and had everything I needed. Wi-Fi was strong and the location is super convenient. Close to the subway, department store, convenience shops, and Myeongdong street market. Staff were polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Convenience stores located nearby were a plus. Public transport and Myeongdong Street/ shops are within walking distance. The bed and pillows were comfortable. You can even leave your suitcase/s after you check out and pick them up later on from the hotel. I liked that. As a solo traveller, I would book this hotel again.

Great location with several convenient stores within walking distance. Across the street is Lotte Duty Free and department store! Myeongdong shopping street is 1 underpass away. Room and beds were all good. Buffet breakfast can be purchased at 23K won.

We really enjoyed our stay the first time we booked Apr 8-11 and booked again Apr 12-14. The proximity to the Lotte department store, Olive Young (2 stores), most touristy establishments and the Cathedral are REALLY PLUS points for us. We arrived really late at night for both bookings. The 1st time, the reception team was REALLY nice. Upon check out, Andrew and the another male staff (forgot his name) were really accommodating and patient. Upon our arrival on April 12 though, Julie who was the receptionist, just recited the same spiel. When I told her I did not need to read about the cooling/heating system as we were just there a few days ago, she simply looked at me and said, "JUST READ IT". As if it changed already two days ago. She was just like a tape recorder or an NPC in the video game. Same repsonses, same spiel. No rapport with guests. Though she was the only one in the entire team during our stay for 3 days (1st) and 3 days (2nd) who did not live up to my expectation. The entire team really made us feel welcome. :-) Will definitely book here again.

The front desk staff were helpful in getting the luggages that were left in the hotel before we left for Busan. They also lend us the humidifier and extra extension cords. The room 707 was more spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us.

The hotel room is not very big for 3 pax stay. we don’t have enough space to open up all our luggage in the room properly. we have to walk side by side to get around the room with our luggage opened. but the location of the hotel is good. we could get to myeongdong within walking distance.
