Fantastic

Solo stay

I can't really fault this place as a hostel. All the locks are operated using sophisticated web technology (so don't forget to carry your phone at all times), the capsule/bed was small but comfortable and the toilets and showers were all surprisingly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and, importantly, available 24-hours a day. They even have a events for solo travellers, though I was only there for one night so I didn't attend. Couldn't really ask for much more!

I had to pay for a towel and soap never understood why because we pay to stay the night. The was no good ventilation inside the capsule it was very warm. The staff decent. The only good thing is the location

Good location, expensive for the amenities you get. Noisy area and one night loud music was playing till 3 in the morning in the bar below. Could not get much sleep. We would not book this place again. Bathroom facilities are average and small.

Solo stay

There is no AC and no portable fans. The pod room was uncomfortably hot. This is the only pod hostel I have stayed in that don’t portable fans to rent. I spoke to staff and no one could do anything. I do expect a refund for the first night as the conditions in the room were awful given the temperature in the room.

Double room was nice, but if you’re fitting two people, be prepared to jump over a person if you’re on the inside. The bathroom was nice, but the shower was leaking when you opened the tap so you might have gotten rained on a couple times. The location and the staff was amazing!

Staff is not very helpful and doesn’t respond to messages before or during the trip. WiFi constantly crashed and had a very low signal when connected. Never heard back from the property regarding this.

I EXPECT A FULL REFUND FOR THIS PLACE. WE BROKE UP AFTER FIVE MINUTES. THERE WAS NO STORAGE NO PRIVACY. IT WAS DIRTY. IT WAS HOT. NO AIR-CONDITIONING THERE WAS NOBODY AT THE RECEPTION NOBODY TO CALL NOBODY TO RETURN CALLS NOTHING. I can only advise every Expedia traveler against this place.
