everything was okay. staff were nice. checking in & out was a breeze. it was an old hotel so we didn't expect too much. there was no bidet. good thing it has close proximity to the malls but still a bit of a walk.

Located in the heart of Orchard Road, rooms are clean & well equipped, the lobby & other facilities in general need improvement, the outward appearance of the hotel seems like a run-of-the-mill three hotel, but the rooms are of a four star category hotel.

The is hotel is quite old but location was excellent, everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Very convenient and enjoyable stay. Breakfast is very good too.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Chancellor due to its proximity to food and shopping district; - Orchard Road. Walking distance to substations. Friendly and accommodating staff. Room equipped with water dispenser (hot and cold 5 star for this) and standard bathroom and room amenities- highly satisfied and value for money. Highly recommended

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Chancellor @ Orchard. The location is definitely one of the best things about this hotel, as it is conveniently located near Orchard Road and many shopping and dining options. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, especially considering the convenient location. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Singapore.

The hotel is located right behind of Concorde Hotel and next to Hotel Grand Central. It is within walking distance to Somerset metro station. Water dispenser is installed in the room which you don't have to worry about the water supply is a plus point. Overall, it was a good stay!
