Clean room, well-maintained, lots of usable and practical freebies, BUT the female staffs need to be more understanding of their guests, they seem to be choosy and condescending on who to treat well, guests must be treated equally, the food selection also needs to improve

location is good as its a very short walk from the bus station even going to the airport. downside is, I have even asked the staff to do normal cleaning by throwing the trash and changing the towels but it never happened. even if have reminded the front desk for 2 straight days. we stayed there for 3 nights and for those 3 nights, all our trash are just in the room. only good thing is they still leave the towels and water outside the room. lastly, toothbrush is also not included as part of their amenities. korean breakfast is okay, though it would be best to add or replace something else so it would be more toursist friendly.

great location and staff were super nice and amazing and helpful. Free service not listed but do offer, hotel can hold your luggage even after checkout. Just have to ask reception
