the staff got mixed up about payment..they tried to charged me again for the room I booked.so you need to be aware..they said sorry about it anyway..so everything was OK.. the place was near the airport.but far from nightmarkets..but the hotel itself was nice..they have a pool for you to enjoy..free breakfast..and McDonald's was just beside it..so it was very convenient if you are interested in fast food..grab foods was also available..so easy and convenient to order.and just wait at the lobby..staff are also friendly..just need to be more aware about booking stuff..

Highly recommended, the staff very friendly and helpful. They help you with the activities you want to do in Chiang Mai or Chiang Rai. the hotel very modern and clean. excellent location because it is close to the airport. If I could go back I would stay at this hotel again 😊
