We spent the extra $ and got the sunrise suite and the view was amazing however, although we appreciated the extra space, we were disappointed with the maintenance and upkeep of the room. There was once a clock in the kitchen and a second bedside table however they have been removed and yet you can see where they once were due to faded paint across dirty walls. There were no bedside lamps, no crockery in the kitchen and very little 'luxury' expected from a suite of this value. The bed was so hard, we may as well have slept on the floor. We did ask for a refund so we could relocate after the first night however they wouldn't even compromise for a partial refund... they did come into the room and put a thin quilt under the sheet which unfortunately made no difference. The pool however was lovely and it is in a nice quiet area of Chaweng - right on the beach so we made the most of that and slept on the beach beds during the day.

Great location, room neat and tidy. Breakfast was okay, not much of a selection, friendly staff around. Pool area was nice and tranquil. The beach was beautiful, plenty of deck chairs and atmosphere. Overall good for a 7 night stay.

Solo stay

A hotel previously known as Chaba Resort has a few years on its neck. That said it’s still a very nice place and the rooms are spacious. The parking lot could be bigger, especially during high season it could get crowded and not enough room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and is what you could expect, no complaints!

Verry nice and friendly Service. Thank You. We were missing a reading light next to the beds. Verry good food. Clean pool. Air port shuttle too expensive. TAXI is cheaper. All in all verry nice. Thanks again.
