Room cleanliness is good, location is convenient but breakfast is repetitive everyday with not many options. not worth the top up for breakfast honestly. staff was supposed to assist with shuttle arrangement but asked to wait 5 minutes for shuttle ended up waiting an hr which was a waste of time. staff organisation is bad.

Got a free upgrade to a bigger room but need to use the stairs. A bit crowded in the morning. Spacious parking area. Located near halal food places, a laundromat and 7-Eleven. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they even helped carry all our luggage.

location was great, 15 minutes away from the main restaurant areas, almost central to both. rooms were airy and big enough for 2 with luggage. Breakfast options also covered all options.

I love Glow and will definitely come back again. Location is great. Breakfast buffet is great. The pool is great. Room is great. Staff is great. Cleanliness is great. Atmosphere is great. Facilities are great. With gym as well. Downside is that there's no elevator you will need to go up and down from your room by foot which is tiring but good thing the receptionist changed our room from 4th floor to first floor after we requested. Made an extension as well for another day.
