Good
The staff who checked me in was kind . I was exhausted. The two women were not at helpful as I was leaving . Almost rude . Very aloof and seemed too busy . I managed to help myself though .

Fantastic
Friendly staff, good coffee in room, room was as described. We could not have been happier with our stay. Note that Expedia has an error, they do not have a happy hour, but they do offer you a complimentary welcome drink (water/soda) when you arrive! We would stay again!

I loved the location of the Dossier. I could shop the Nordstrom sale as well as Kiriko, Kinokuniya. The staff was super helpful! Loved our stay!

Below average
The hotel has a big noise problem with AC units that go on and off all night and reverberate through the hotel. Even turning mine off I heard others through the walls and not even a very loud white noise machine and ear plugs could block it out. Also, the car and motorcycle noise from the street was horrendous until very late at night and my room wasn’t even close to the road. Finally, their pillows are so huge that they crooked my neck really badly. Too bad because the hotel itself is brand new and very tastefully done.
