Great
Overall good experience. Breakfast was also very good. Didn't like having to pay 30$ to park as a paying guest of the hotel. Parking should be included

Fantastic
I stay at a lot of hotels and this was an amazing hotel. One thing I noticed it was being cleaned all the time. Staff were friendly, fresh water in the lobby, room was clean, beds very comfortable. I needed to do laundry and they had laundry which was amazing. Breakfast was great and they shuttled me and my family to the bus. It was amazing. Will stay there from now on when I travel to Toronto.

The room and airport shuttle, including driver, were great. Breakfast was delicious and fresh and breakfast staff was attentive to the buffet. Our only disappointment was in the inconsistency of the front desk staff. Calling the hotel from the airport to inquire about the timing of the shuttle, the associate was dismissive and curt. Calling again in the morning to inquire about when the shuttle would be leaving, the associate said she had no idea. We came down to the front desk but there was a line of 4 people, so we could also not inquire in person or properly check out. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and other Hampton Inn locations so our experience with the front desk staff at this location was a disappointment.

Great
Lovely big room, comfortable bed. Great to have breakfast and shuttle to airport to catch the Up train to Toronto centre. Over all one night stay very enjoyable
