GoodStayed with kids
Note: Sensor lights are energy-efficient and are used in hallways. The eerie music playing in the hallway is quite odd, but the hotel is very clean.

Not recommended even though location is good. When we arrived at 1pm, no one was attending the reception desk only leaving a sign of lunch break and local phone number. When we came back to check in, no one was there even though it was past their lunch break time already at 2:45pm. We searched every floor before we found a cleaner who called the receptionist. It turned out that check in time is at 4pm so they did not let us in at all so we wasted almost 2 hours only to be told we couldn’t check in until 4pm. At the end, we left our luggage and went to do our sightseeing.
Room: We had a family room and they were spacious with good view. 2 good sized beds but bedsheets looked dirty, dusty and had stained. Towels were not clean and one was ripped.
Everything is so calculative in this hotel, shower pressure is slow and no extra body towel was given when we asked for it instead hand towel was given.
Air conditioner: we couldn’t locate the remote but luckily it was cool weather in early April so we didn’t really need one.
Cleaning service: have to request everyday by 1pm even then, they only empty the bin.
Staff service: Had the lowest care factor, we were in the same lift with the staff whom we checked out with but couldn’t even bothered to have eye contact not even a Hi. When we asked if we can leave our luggage, she just gave us the paper tag for us to fill in and tag it ourselves.
Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Below averageStayed with family · For friends and family
- Lack of amenities (large towels for the amount of adults we paid for)
- was told air conditioner was broken, but when I requested to be compensated for inconvenience it was turned on
- cleanliness a 5/10
- lack of outlets to charge electronics

This place is weird. Hotel owner must’ve installed every power saving option he could, only one elevator in use, looks like he’s either covered over the other elevator to save power or just hasn’t bothered with repairing it.
The hallway to your hotel is always dark, need to walk past the sensors to turn them. There’s two doors to enter your hotel room with no hole through the door to see on the other side.
You need to go down to reception to either turn on the heater or aircon, you can’t control it from your room. You will definitely hear your neighbours doing their… business… bed felt like a brick and you weirdly only got three pillows.
Bathroom was pretty big, nice sized jacuzzi and Japanese toilet. Though towels and bed sheets are changed irregularly. Towels were more hand towels then towels. The whole hotel experience overall felt strange, surprised their isn’t more reviews on it.

Conveniently close to the station, pretty safe spot. Arrived early and was able to leave our luggage with the front desk till check in time. Room was spacious.
The only thing that bothered us was how they did not offer regular size shower towels but only 4 hand towels and 2 bathrobes for us two guests. When I had called to ask for bath towels they said they did not have any.
We would hear occasional loud banging from either upstairs or beside us at night.
I agree with the other reviews about the bed being hard, but it was not a problem for me as I am used to sleeping on hard surface.
I will also say that they try to conserve as much energy so the hallway lights are usually off and will turn on with motion sensors (my partner who’s afraid of the dark was pretty freaked out). I also don’t like how the room numbers will blink green when you leave the room specifying that you’re not in the room at the moment.
Otherwise, for a short stay and for the price, it was not bad.

The hotel is located near Busan Station but the area is quite sketchy. If you are going to check in early there is no one in the front desk, or no one that can speak or understand English. The room was quite big but the towels were small and dingy. There’s not hand soap so you use the body was as your hand soap. The fridge was dirty and looks like it has never been cleaned. You really get what you pay for. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great view! The room was very organized, however, the bathroom had mold on the corner walls. The room smells like kimchi through the vents in the middle of the night, two nights in a row. Lastly, someone sounded like moving furniture’s late at night and or early mornings.
