Checked into the hotel at almost 4pm and got the key card. Went up to the room and housekeeper told me the bed was not made yet and there were no towels in the room too. So waited patiently while they get that ready. Found out later that evening the bathroom sink, toilet and shower were having problems draining. Took a while for the toilet to flush and also took a while for the other two to drain as well. Not only that, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers in the shower were empty! Would probably not stay in again.

First of all the management is terrible. No microwave, no refrigerator, no elevator, not accesible.
The staff are not friendly they don’t treat the people correctly.
