SENZA Hotel

To SENZA ownership and management: You have issues. The website misrepresents this property in many ways. SENZA presents itself like a top hotel, but it is not match other properties in Napa. We booked a "vineyard-view" room. Instead, we got an active construction project directly outside our room. The vineyard featured in the marketing does not belong to SENZA. No heads-up. Because the property sits in a neighborhood, you get all the noises of home... generators, neighbors outside late and a driveway construction project early Saturday morning. We experienced a 10-hour power outage. We found online that it was pre-planned by PG&E for the block the hotel is on. The staff was caught completely unaware and had no plan. Guests were not notified in any way. Is that greed or incompetence? Most of the staff seemed apathetic or simply were not there. The café sign says, "Go to the front desk," but the front desk sign says, "I stepped away." They advertise pool service, but it is only available if the staff shows up. Getting a Diet Coke from the counter seemed like an inconvenience. We had to ask for housekeeping, and then I felt bad because it appeared one person was cleaning all the rooms. We were given a $40 food-and-beverage credit for each night. Later, we were told it did not include alcohol. Later again we were told it could not be used after 10:00 am. Shoutout to the Austin and Natalie who we saw working hard. Austin appeared to be doing everything from luggage to land

Muy buenas facilidades y excelente staff.

The whole property was clean, safe, and close to a lot of attractions in and around Napa. We really enjoyed our stay.

Dear marvelous and ingenuously warm Senza Team, You were the last stop on a 500 mile+ journey over your epic coastal landscape. Your location was perfect and both my wife and I were so taken-a-back with this unexpected discovery of a little gem of a place called Senza. It has a family kind of "vibe" as well as a chic motif woven strategically on the impeccably maintained grounds. Hard to do well and you do it well. We look forward to another visit! Danny and Phani

Beautiful stay. Great location. Rooms were clean.

Good place to stay. Worth it

Our room was clean, and the staff members were helpful and welcoming, We enjoyed the balcony. We appreciated the complimentary EV charging stations. However, some vehicles parked in the spaces and were not charging. Please add some signs to request vehicles not using the chargers to move to other parking spaces.
