The room was nice only had 1 ice room on the 2nd floor with over 15 floors worst part of the stay was the hotel had to be evacuated twice for a fire alarm once at roughly 3:30 am and again 5:30 am and the staff blamed sensitive sensors the fire dept came the first go around and no fire present and they left rather quickly… not before 15 floors exited the stair wells only to be told false alarm. Traveling with little ones this was a horrible experience I’m glad everyone was safe and no fire existed that being said the hotel said sorry and kick rocks

Staff was hard to get a hold of. AC and tv weren’t working but got fixed and hotel overcharged which was inconvenient to our vacation. Never got an apology for it too.

Fantastic

Solo stay

Conveniently located and adequately kept. Love this property lots and I will return again. Great for kids and I saw so many cute dogs in the lobby so it is an ideal fit for anyone traveling solo or with their pack. 10/10 woofs. Staff was so friendly and helpful big shout out to Scharee at concierge, what a star she is!!!
