Extremely nice rooms and warm welcomes from the staff. I loved that they had a luggage room to store your luggage in case you arrived too early or checked out too early, but it can fill up pretty fast with all the people coming and going.

Fantastic
A great stay at a comfortable hotel. The location is about 15 minutes walking distance from the downtown and that worked well for us. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - a large variety and plenty of it! Good to get you setup for the day.

Fantastic
Great Hotel. It's clean and comfortable and spacious. Great views of the city! Overall great hotel these issues are just minor below: The shower is great except one of the rooms did not have a proper shower door so the water was all over the floor creating a potential slip hazard. Would recommend a thick add a shower door. The other room had a shower door, but it was too tight of an enclosure. The breakfast buffet was great! Loved the cappuccino / coffee machine. As a vegetarian if the eggs can be separated from the meat that would be better for me.

Nice looking Hotel comfortable beds ,hard pillows.Black out curtains had pinholes in them and not true blackout.WORST! COULD HEAR TRAFFIC NOISE ALL NIGHT EVEN THOUGH ON HIGH FLOOR AND HOT ROOM CANT CONTROL AS HOTEL DOES IT.Meals nice but ridiculously expensive .Lamb dinner was NZ $126.00 for 1 meal and hamburger with small chips NZ $60 Also long walk to town 40 mins at good pace .Really need car for this Hotel. Not recommended for quiet sleep.

Fantastic
Breakfast buffet add-on was a great feature if you’re someone who is hungry as soon as you wake up. Nice selection of basics. This hotel is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The lobby has multiple types of seating areas to make for a great common space for getting out of your room during down times. Walking distance into city centre for your shopping and restaurants , 10< minutes to a grocery for snacks, 10 minutes to the ocean walkway and far enough from city centre that buses can pick up and drop off at the front door. I don’t particularly recommend the restaurant though, if you’re wanting to spend good money on food go into the city centre. If you’re in a pinch and don’t want to go out after a tour, order a burger from the room service menu.
