I got the city view but the carpet was musty and the finishing was cheaper than the River View. The size of the room is huge so there is plenty of space. the toilet bowl is a smallish with the bidet pipe short so it was very hard to use unless you turn your butt sideways. :/ Room aside, all the staff are lovely, polite, and kind. The reception person for the day shift, Ms.Neath, was excellent. even though there were mistakes in the system, she handled the situation well. Thank you, Ms Neath for making my stay good esp when I wanted to rebook another room.
