The staff was awesome, a special shout out to Camellia. They stock the fridge with goodies that are free of charge. The breakfast was decent. The location was excellent. The room, was clean, the bed wasn't the most comfortable but overall it was a great stay.

Stayed with kids

Check in was efficient, staff spoke English. Breakfast was good for $8e; close to train and efficient way to get into Venice. The room was ok, we stayed 2 nights. In room fridge had complementary drinks and snacks which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately bathroom was dirty, shower had floor staining and mould behind the sink. Overall the hotel is run down and in need of some maintenance.
