Thank you Shangri-La Singapore for 2 birthday cakes sent to the room as complimentary.. we all love the family room arranged. We hurried to the pool as the sky is cloudy.. but lighting alert put a stop to us n we decided to order bites with Gin & Tonic by to chill out by the pool while waiting.. less than an hour we were ready to jump back into the pool… kids love the pool… various sizes of pool to accommodate all ages.. services & breakfast were superb… variety & spread they had is like a dinner buffet elsewhere… We were all too tired & drain from the water play the day before and hardly have much appetite… but to be fair… it all look delicious to me.. it’s just our stomach felt otherwise.. after breakfast n few hours before check out… indoor play gym with different ages range from toddler to young teens.. this come complimentary with the booking of family room too.. Buds & Splash satisfied all our kids.. usual price per pax will be $45.. but it’s complimentary with family room booked

The hotel and in particular the service of the team in the Shangri La was the only part of the VIP package that can be described as VIP. Beyond underwhelming as a ‘Hot Seat’ and priced at SG$668…maybe this is why there was so many empty seats and the service levels from the Klook CS team, even worse. Truly a case of buyer beware…
