Fantastic
I would definitely come back to this hotel for the next trip to Seattle. The staffs are so friendly and we love their complimentary wine and coffee time.The location was perfect. easy to get around.

It’s a lovely redone fresh hotel on the inside, outside is not much to look at. Staff were nice. I give it a 3.5 because bed and pillows are on the hard side, some people will like that. Noise traveled thru walls and doors slam loudly. Great view of a wall with a sliver of sky to be seen. For me it was way overpriced for what it is, places I prefer over it but it’s not a bad place.

Stayed with family

Property was beautiful and very comfortable. Only issue was during check- out we called for luggage cart and no one ever picked up. It was very busy and they seemed overwhelmed. I would definitely stay here again but will pack lighter and not park my stick-shift car in Valet as no one knew how to drive it!

I think it’s newly remodeled, but probably best hotel I’ve been too. Clean and well maintained. Welcome of cold water and chocolate in room was classy.

For an $850 CDN per night hotel they should have 24 hour room service. I checked in at 10pm and there was no where to order any food. They told me everything closed at 9 pm. I asked for a late checkout since we checked in so late and they said no. That’s aside the place is clean and modern and comfortable.
