Upon arrival I was told there would be no housekeeping other than bin emptying and towel replacement. That should have been made clear when I was booking! This meant if I used a cup or glass it was left dirty, nothing was tidied or vaccuumed - it was not what I expect from a hotel. Moreover when they did come to empty the bin / replace towels it was not until 5.30-5.45pm. The hallways had clearly not been vaccuumed for some time so clearly very little cleaning occurs anywhere. The room was also very noisy and I didn't get much sleep. If you dont mind any of that and you like a very basic stay then this is fine for you, but if like me you are travelling for business and want to get a good night's rest in clean surroundings - go elsewhere!
