Location is good, 1 BTS station to Siam/ Phaya Thai (ARL). It is within walking distance to these places but the weather was so hot so I took the BTS. I arrived early and Mm was very helpful during the check-in process and even upgraded me from standard to a larger size room, with view facing the hotel swimming pool and the city. All staff I met were accommodating and ready to help. Room was decent and clean. No noice from the street but some random noice when people open and close their door, which was acceptable. To sum up, I love the experience here and would definitely come again if I choose to live in the same district!

this is my second time staying at this hotel and it still remains to be a pleasant experience! this time I'm only staying for one night. the location makes it so convenient, its nearby the bts and its always a 15 mins walk to mbk.

very near to bts ratchathewi and its also walking distance to mbk and siam. facilities are also good and housekeeping was very thorough with refilling the amenities. the only minus points is the elevator congestion especially during peak hours as there are only 2 elevators.

The hotel itself is absolutely wonderful! This is already our second time staying here. Honestly, the room layouts are even better than those in luxury 5-star hotels—it's simple, cozy, and very comfortable. The location is superb; walking to Siam Paragon takes only about 10 minutes along a straight, easy path. The staff are also incredibly polite and helpful. Everything about the hardware and service is excellent, and we will definitely stay here again. However, I would strongly suggest the hotel reconsider the buffet breakfast. We tried it during our first stay, and it was quite disappointing because the food was served cold. Instead of a buffet, it would be much better to offer a set breakfast menu for each guest. That way, the food can at least be freshly made and served hot. Also, we tried the coffee for the welcome drink this time, and it was sadly tasteless. If we exclude the breakfast and the food quality, this hotel is 100% perfect.

the staff at the hotel are friendly, the room is rather clean and the location is really convenient, just a few minutes walk out to BTS Ratchatewi. One thing to note is that the hotel is inside a small road so we would need to ask the drive in otherwise you will see just a dark office apartment.

The hotel was great but the elevators were quite dangerous. they shut on you and don’t the automatic detectors if someone was between the two doors. be careful when you bring your kids. also the elevators were not flush with the floor which made taking luggage there hard.
