My trip started off badly. My reservation was pay at property. The hotel charged my card 48hrs before check in. What is the purpose of pay at property option if they were going to charge me 48hrs before my reservation. They also tried to charge my card 2 more times after the initial charge went through. My bank denied the other 2 transactions. The rooms were terrible. Chipped paint, no box spring just a mattress on a frame. The shower was backed up until maintenance came and fixed it.. also would only get warm. Don't stay here if you like a hot shower. I did reach out to management about my concerns and was directed to corporate..I am following up with corporate because the pictures online definitely are not what you get when you book this place. Catfish and false advertising as far as the room is concerned. The lobby is nice though maybe next time I'll book the lobby and sleep there because the rooms are horrible.

Had a flight cancellation tried to get in contact with hotel for an entire week. It was as if nobody had the entire hotel existed.

Great location and cool restaurant otherwise, small room. Not very clean. Tiny window. Tv did not work. Shower small and dirty.

This hotel needs cleaning.The bathroom was dirty and it has mold in the bath and shower.Made me cringe never booking this hotel again and the pictures will deceive you online nothing like the pictures the bed was uncomfortable and very low and shaky, something also bit me in the bed.In the heart of manhattan you would expect better.Felt disappointed.

My $200 has still not been returned to me I would like to get my deposit back because the room was in very good condition when we left

Easily the worst property we have ever stayed in. Small room, not clean well, the nosies bed we ever slept on...a/c was loud and it didn't conceal the noise from bed! Honestly cannot recommend this hotel at any price! Let alone NYC prices.

When I first arrived at the hotel, while checking in; staff started adding hidden fees a $200 mandatory hotel fee. But explaining these hidden fees in a way of her doing me a favor by not collecting the money at that time. And then told me that if there was any confusion about the hidden fees, then I would have to speak with the Expedia. So I paid the fee, and she said that I would be reimbursed $97. The hotel was extremely dusty. There was caked up, dust all over the baseboards of the wall. The air conditioner was so noisy all night you hear this loud machinery, as though I was sleeping in a laundromat. And then when I finally got on top of the bed and looked at the vent of the air conditioner, it was completely covered and caked up in dust, I have photos. The bed sounded as though it was about to break, every time I moved you heard a crank. However, I will say that the hotel is in an amazing location and on behalf of Expedia booking the hotel was extremely easy and user-friendly.

The shower was awful. The caulking was stained with mold, and insects came out of the drain. The air conditioner was working, BUT the compressor was extremely loud. I needed earplugs to block out the noise. We could hear it from the elevator, which was five or six rooms away. Other than that, the lobby is beautiful and clean, and the staff is very kind. I don't know if it was intentional, but there were no cups in the room.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When we arrived there was a huge line and only one employee working. We waited a very long time to check in. When we finally got to our room, the beds were tiny (doubles not queens), the toilet wouldn’t flush and it was about 100 degrees in there. To top that off, it was very dirty with what looked like blood stains on the walls of the bathroom. I’ve stayed in older hotels in Times Square in the past, but this hotel needs some major work. Stay somewhere else.

The room was so small I could barely turn on the left side of the bed the window was facing another room and a brick wall
