Staff are awesome. Smiling and happy to provide service. they have a 24/7 front desk but i made sure and emailed them that ill arrive around 1-2am so it will be a late check in. clean room, but you have to inform the front desk if you want it be cleaned on that day. It is a small room, no windows. but good enough. bathroom has hot and cold water as well. as for the location, it is great because it is fronting the park where the central market is, near to coffee shops and local restos, &if you want to go clothe shopping it is just on the other side & walking distance to must try banh mi places. it is near Kido Studio flagship store, so in the afternoon i always end up shopping. easy to get a ride since it is beside a wide road. Not yet on google maps since i think they recently bought this building. You can also just walk to benh tahn if that matters to you,about 10min walk maybe,&i just walk to the TP bank where it is recommended to withdraw.not very near but i enjoyed my walk going
