From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was hit by a strong odor that made a poor first impression. The hallways, carpeted floors, and staircases looked neglected, almost like an abandoned building. Beside the amount of dirt, the carpet was full of stains that appeared to be a mix of old spills, garbage residue, and what even looked like blood in some areas. It was unsettling. The room itself wasn't much better. The entry door appeared to have been damaged, and the lock looked like it had been ripped off at some point and was never replaced, which raised concerns about safety. The mirrors, doors, and other surfaces were visibly dirty and clearly needed a thorough cleaning. The one positive was that the bedding appeared clean, though one of my pillow cases had a cigaret burn. I was able to sleep comfortably. The staff wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming, but they handled the basic check-in and check-out process without issue. Overall, this hotel did not come close to justifying its price. I would only consider staying here again if it were an absolute emergency and there were no other options available. I would recommend travelers spend a little more for a cleaner, better-maintained property. Pro Tip: Expedia did not have many of the hotels in the area listed as options, and many of the options listed, required a booking with multiple nights with insane prices! - You may be better off looking them up through Google and calling them directly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean just lacked some amenities & had a few cosmetic damages that we called to manager’s attention. They were aware & very apologetic. FYI No coffee maker in room & no continental breakfast. But overall good experience for the great price.

There is no elevator at the property. Stairwells are filthy. Room is very basic which was expected. Bathrooms need major maintenance. Was the only option left for reunion weekend. Staff was nice but they don’t have much to work with I think.

Solo stay

The most disgusting and dirtiest place I’ve stayed. It should be reported to the department of health. If they offer breakfast, DO NOT eat, God knows the state of the food and kitchen. Room #1 had a powerful smell of urine, the tv did not work, the air conditioner stuck on one setting. Room #2 when I asked to be moved smelled less like urine, but now added cigarettes. The window did not close all the way, dirty rug with stains, smudging/gunk all over the light fixtures, a fridge that hadn’t been wiped down in who knows how long, black mold in the shower, shower rod and curtain on the floor when I arrived (I put it back up so I could use the bathroom). The hallways are lined with overflowing garbage cans. There’s no sign anyone works there who cleans. If they do, it’s most likely only changing sheets and towels. Even the sink was clearly not wiped down after the previous guest. I understand it’s “budget” inn, but that’s no excuse for this level of unsanitary conditions. I will be calling the health department.

No breakfast. Dilapidated property with carpet stains and burn marks. Unclean towels with blood on them. The beds were comfortable and that’s the only nice thing I can say.
